hey guys!
wondering what i'm still doing at this hour? :P
i was reading a book called "The Happiness Trap" by Russ Harris and decided to share a little something.

The word “happiness” has two very different meanings. The common meaning of the word is “feeling good”. In other words, feeling a sense of pleasure, gladness, or gratification. We all enjoy these feelings, so it’s no surprise that we chase them. However, like all human emotions, feelings of happiness don’t last. No matter how hard we try to hold on to them, they slip away every time. A life spent in pursuit of those good feelings, is, in the long term, deeply unsatisfying. In fact, the harder we chase after pleasurable feelings, the more we are likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.

The other far less common meaning of happiness is “living a rich, full and meaningful life”. When we take action on the things that truly matter deep in our hearts, move in directions that we consider valuable and worthy, clarify what we stand for in life and act accordingly, then our lives become rich and full and meaningful, and we experience a powerful sense of vitality. This is some fleeting feeling- it is a profound sense of a life well-lived. And although such a life will undoubtedly give us many pleasurable feelings, it will also give us uncomfortable ones, such as sadness, fear and anger. This is only to be expected. If we live a full life, we will feel the full range of human emotions.

so i rushed back from penang in the morning yesterday to get my o level results.
well, let's just say im not very satisfied.
i definitely wished i had achieved better results.
but i guess i just have to be contented.

2January 2010, Prom Night for the Invincible Class of 2009.
it was a glamorous evening.
everyone was dolled up and looking fabulous.

four years in Cedar, each year with new surprises, new experiences, and of course, new knowledge.((:
looking back, i see the changes in all of my friends, including myself.
changes not only in looks, but also in character.
we've really grown to become ladies; more mature and more confident.
no longer are we the ignorant and childish young kids four years ago;
its amazing to see how time really flies; and how everything evolves in front of your eyes.
the poise, the elegance; all showed that we've really grown up.

2 Jan 2010- definitely a night to remember.

interesting how time goes by and what seems like yeterday is now a thing of the past.
all i wish is to let go of the control im unwilling to.
the control that has caused me enough pain and caused my family enough heartbreak.
no longer shall it rip me apart from who im supposed to be.
its the last step; the step to make 2010 a whole new year full of laughter and happiness, not tears and sorrows; the step to find a self i shall always be comfortable in; and the step to being free from the metal chains clasping onto my wrists ever so tightly.
this is who i want to be; who i WILL be.

i just decided to post some pictures cos i miss 4C and my best friends.

i'm back from chalet and I HAD A HELL OF A TIME!

im really tired but i'll just post about the chalet nonetheless!

DAY 1:(22nd Nov)

i had lunch with mum at Just Acia at Dhoby Ghaut MRT before meeting the rest at vivocity and going to costa sands to check-in in the afternoon.

after mum left, we stayed in the chalet to write out many many dares to make our own Seven Deadly Sins.

we tried out two rounds and it was so funny!!!!

i picked my own dare which was super embarrassing=> i had to wear my bra over my head!!!

then we looked through all the brochures before deciding on the day's program which was Parajump, Zipline, Skyride and Luge combo.

it costed us $46.90 each which was a total RIP-OFF!

they sure know how to earn tourists' money and boost the tourism industry man.

anyway, Parajump was this activity where you stepped on a platform 20m above the ground and just plunged down.

the initial adrenaline rush was AWESOME but it disappeared after you stepped out and fell. it was seriously not worth the money.
then came the Zipline which according to line, was the longest and fastest in Singapore!

jo paired up with line, while i paired up with jane(as always) cos we were below 50kg individually.

JANE AND I WERE THE FASTEST! line and jo couldn't reach the end0point and they thought they were going to be stuck mid-way!

HAHAHA!

after that we had dinner at Subway at vivo before going for the Skyride and the Luge.

the Skyride was funny cos jane was afraid her slippers would drop and bella was plain scared.

we competed for the Luge and line came in first, jane second, me third and bella and jo were so slow at the back!

when we got back to the chalet, we found out that our shower door was spoilt and the sink was choked. GAAH. it was so annoying.

then we played daidi, boom boom chucky and idiot. the losers were to pick the dares we made up earlier and we laughed so hard cos the dares were so hilarious! =P

one of the funniest was when jo had to put toothpaste on both her eyebrows and she looked like an old grandmother!!!! :DD (it was my dare!)

when it got nearer to midnight, we went to shower and we were planning to surprise caroline at midnight cos it was going to be her birthday.

i had asked my mum to put her cake in the fridge when we were out so that she wouldnt notice.

then bella turned off the lights and she actually thought we were preparing to go to bed but was surprised when we started singing her HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

you know how hard it is to surprise dear ah-line???

WE WERE SO PROUD OF OURSELVES COS SHE DIDNT SPOT ANYTHING!

we each had a small slice of yummy cheesecake before going to sleep.

DAY 2:(23rd Nov)
woke up at 8 and we went to Chinatown Cafe for breakfast cos we had free vouchers.

after that we went to the Merlion to take many many photos!

line and i paid $5 to take pictures with a SNAKE!

it was so huge and fat anf line was scared to take the head so she took the tail.

it was freaky cos the snake kept constricting its body when we hung it over our shoulders.

*shivers*

we wanted to go for the 4D Magix but line said she went before and it was not very impressive so we saved $18 and went for the nature trail instead, which is FREE-OF-CHARGE!

it was supposed to take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete, but we finished it in 10 minutes.

so we headed down to vivo to have lunch and they wanted to catch A Christmas Carol 3D, which i have alr watched with florence.

had lunch at Banquet; i had a beef stew pot pie while the rest had hokkien mee.

jane keep getting fed up with her prawn and it was really funny! ((:

after that i had to go to SGH to remove my stitches while they watched the movie.

we met up again and walked around, teaching bella how to dress for prom next january, and reminding her NOT TO CARRY A BACKPACK WHILE WEARING A DRESS.

we decided to head back to the chalet to choose what to do next before Songs of the Sea.

we voted to play beach volleyball BUT IT STARTED TO DRIZZLE, so we went for the Skyride and Luge AGAIN. =P

then we went to the beach and took like uber many burst shots. UNGLAM ONES TOO.

had dinner at Delifrance at the Merlion before we watched Songs of the Sea.

IT HAD A LAME PLOT WHICH WAS STUPID AND BORING. but the lights and fire effects were cool. i guess $10 per ticket is ALRIGHT.

we were supposed to surprise line again by setting up candles on the beach before giving her the present we made BUT jo forgot the plan so we just had to lead her to the beach, get bella to distract her abit while we prepared.

it was getting late and bella had to go home cos she had an appt early the next day so i rushed back to the chalet with her to get her stuff.

after everything, we settled back into the chalet and were prepared to rest when another surprise for line came.

jane and i were exhausted so we didnt really help out with the last surprise.

DAY3: (24Nov)

woke up at 7 cos many annoying kids were at the pool screaming and shouting their heads off.

jane and i couldnt go back to sleep so we ended up reading 8days.

everyone woke up at 8 and we checked out at 8.30 before heading back to vivocity for breakfast.

we went to Toastbox cos its both economically priced and more tasty than the cafes at Sentosa which are total rip-offs.

i had thick toast with kaya and a cup of coffee while the rest had a traditional toast set.

so that was the end and we all heeaded for home to have a good rest.

I HAVE DECIDED TO RECORD ALL MY EXPENDITURES IN AN ACCOUNTS BOOK TO MONITOR MY SPENDINGS.

im leaving for Taiwan next tues and i dont want to be such a spendthrift right now.

GAH. the chalet costed a bomb BUT I HAD FUN SO ITS ALRIGHT!

hahaha!

im having new lights in my house and all the drilling is KILLING ME!

my parents decided to give the house a fresh new look so we're repainting the walls and changing the lights.

i've been doing ALOT of shopping the past few days and i FINALLY got all the presents ready.

bella, line, jo, jane and i are having a chalet this sunday and I'M EXCITED!!!

i had my ear surgery yesterday and it looks horrible with stitches.

dr wong(my plastic surgeon) said i can't wear earrings on my left ear anymore. i'll only have to wear one earring on my right ear instead. :((

so what happened was, dr wong injected anaestatic into my ear and it was SERIOUSLY PAINFUL.

she started cutting but my ear was numb so i felt NOTHING. but it was a weird sensation cos i felt scrapping against my skin but there was no pain at all.

then came the threading which was so... *shivers*

just imagine sewing on your skin. YUCK.

so here's the end product!(not for the weak hearted ya?)

after that we went to AMK hub to get some groceries for ahma.

AND I BOUGHT A WAFFLE IRON WHICH I'VE BEEN CRAVING FOR MONTHS!

im going to the plastic surgeon @ SGH tmr.

NO, I'M NOT GOING TO CUT MY FACE OR ANYTHING.

i just need to remove this sebaceous cyst that's been on my left ear for a year.

its a disgusting hard lump, so im getting rid of it.

it feels really strange come to think about it.
2009 was all about studying and working hard but now that its ended, there's a feeling of EMPTINESS ans AIMLESSNESS.

and im back to blogging! (FINALLY!)

after chem paper 1, Bella, Caroline, Jane, Joanne and I headed to Vivocity to catch a movie after God knows how long we've not watched a movie.

we went to Marche for lunch. ordered a rosti with cheese sausage, 2 pastas (1 cream, 1 tomato-based) and a blackberry ham crepe to share. it was YUM. :DD

line and i decided to catch Jennifer's Body, while the rest watched My Sister's Keeper (which line and i have alr watched- ITS A REALLY GOOD MOVIE)

BUT SADLY, LINE AND I COULDNT WATCH IT COS OF THIS GV PERSON.
when we bought tickets, they didnt even bother checking our ICs for Jennifer's Body (it's NC16). but as we were entering the cinema halls, they suddenly wanted us to produce our ICs. i was fine cos my 16th birthday was in June, but line's birthday is in 10 days and that woman strictly did not allow her in. so we thought of a plan that jo (who is alr 16) would be watching it with me while line watched the other movie. then when we passed the inspection, we went back to plan A.
BUT BUT BUT. after watching only 1/2 hour of the movie, this person came to check our ICs AGAIN.

yup. you can guess what happens next.
we got CHASED OUT.
but at least they refunded us.
GAAH.

so we had to roam around vivo while waiting for the rest. Wii was having a promotion and we went to try out their games for FREE. hahaha! it was so FUN!

after everyone was together again, we went to Ben & Jerry's for bella, jane and line's ice cream fix.
we couldnt decide where to go next, so we roamed around. and we decided to get AN EXPRESS MANICURE!
but we walked for ages to compare the prices and when we finally settled on one, we had to wait for one hour cos they had appointments before tending to us.
we sat down at some secluded corner and played Boom Boom Chucky, which attracted many curious onlookers. hahaha!
when jo lost three rounds, line made her go to a shoe shop and try on three pairs of shoes, WHICH SHE DID!
IT WAS SO FUNNY! :DD

line and i got a mani, jane and jo got a pedi, bella didnt want one.
so now my nails are PRETTY PINK and im a happy little girl! ((:
had dinner with line and bella @ Subway and went home after that.

i still cant believe its finally over. IT FEELS WEIRD.

yes i have missed school for almost a term last year and im slogging my guts out trying to catch up right now.
this road is certainly a tough one but im sure i will pull through.
i know that things will never be the same again but i will try.
i don't care if people look at me like im an alien because i know its hard to accept someone with an eating disorder.
but i am still the same person and i will live my life as it is, no matter what.

the salad entree was fantastic. the tuna was fresh with a tangy lemon flavour, the juice burst out when you pop the cherry tomatoes in your mouth, the cucumbers were crisp, the red kidney beans were plump and sweet... (yeah, you get my point)

more salad! but with two BIG CRUNCHY BROCCOLI florets. (:

otah, dory fish fillet, sausages and more BROCCOLI!

the otah was quite sour and i didn't like it much, but my parents LOVED it and they ate like three each? the dory fish with the teriyaki sauce was good and i ate two pieces! :D

prunes, apricots, jumbu, watermelon and pineapple. their fruits were surprisingly juicy and sweet!

i didnt take more photos cos i just wanted to EAT! but their seafood was great too! the octopus, salmon and tuna sashimi, prawns and clams were fresh and very pang with their sweet chilli sauce. :D

Yesterday was my daddy's birthday!
he was so happy i didn't need to go to school (promotion day) so we could celebrate his birthday together.

the holidays are ending!
and so is my diet.

i realised i've taken things way too far and my diet is really affecting and hurting my family. i don't want them to keep worrying about me like this! and i've realised something:

yesterady night i bought a watch for my daddy. i wrapped it nice nice and wrote him a small note on this cute piece of paper with a pig eating spaghetti. (he likes my spaghetti) and i gave it to him at midnight when he came back from work.

KAYAK KAYAK KAYAK!
just finished the 1 STAR Kayaking Course today and OH MAN i feel dead tired.

this morning was plain funny and hilarious.met with kathleen,jane and caroline at bugis to have breakfast. we had macs then headed to lavender mrt. and then we WALKED and WALKED and WALKED and WALKED for a SUPER DARN LONG distance but we couldnt get to the kayaking centre cos it was blocked by this fencing and construction site. kathleen and jane decided to wait for the bus while caroline and me continues to WALK and WALK and WALK and WALK before we reached the Kayaking Centre! (caroline, we're the BEST for walking and running long distances. :D)
WE WERE SUCH HAPPY PEOPLE.

although the course was exerting and the water was quite dirty with DEAD fishes and WORMS almost everywhere, it was super fun with the pedalling, stokes and CAPSIZING! i totally loved the capsize at the area with super clean and cold water! especially the RESCUE today! jane, caroline and me make a great rescure team cos caroline is super STRONG.

hahahahaha!
i feel like im still on a kayak and im rocking.

this week has been a busy week!
i went to kbox with huanying on wed!

in the morning i met her at Killiney for breakfast where i had kaya toast(without the butter) while she had french toast and half-boiled eggs. we went to her house and she showed me funny videos of her classmates. the korean one was super funny! hahahahaha! we took bus to suntec and we walked and walked and couldnt decide where to eat lunch. so we just eaded to Pizza Hut. i ordered this spaghetti set with salad and ice lemon tea while she ordered the baked pasta set. i only ate half of my salad and one quarter of my spaghetti. HUANYING, WE SHOULD HVAE GOTTEN THE PAN PIZZA!

we went to Donut Factory to buy donuts to bring to kbox. i got apple cinnamon and she got double chocolate. then we went to KBOX! the person said i had the birthday package which was $13++ with drinks, party bags, and a BIRTHDAY CAKE. me and huanying were like super happy but then their manager(i think) came to tell us that the package is only available either before, after or on the your birthday. WTH. then we couldnt change back to the student package so we had to to take KHappy.

the singing part was so funny!!!! we were like highing all the time! we dianed bbt songs (as usual) and OH MY TIAN. THEY LOOKED SUPER SHUAI. huanying kept wanting to sing 下一个天亮 and 百分百 so we kept dian-ing! hahahaha! then when she was singing i will wave my arm in the air like im her fans then halfway she will pass the mike to me to sing one line. SUPER FUNNY! hahahahaha! :DDD

then when the person told us last song, we didnt care and kept singing but then the songs we dian-ed suddenly got deleted and they put there "禁止性停止点播歌曲" or sth like that. then huanying just kept continue singing on the mike. hahahaahaha!

so we went to food court to eat cos we were almost broke. then huanying couldnt decide what to eat. hahaahaha! but she bought duck rice in the end. i bought yong tau foo.

went to Singapore Flyer yesterday!
so nice so nice! ((:
my daddy had the signature cocktail tickets so we had a cocktail each and a cabin to ourselves!the view was quite nice. took some photos too. :D
after that we had dinner at O'Learys. its a super cosy western restaurant with very good food, but when you look at the menu you just want to scream. (but we only went there cos my daddy had $100 dollar voucher.teehee. XD)
my daddy ordered buffalo wings as a side, then he had a grilled tuna loin with mexican rice, mummy had tiger prawn linguine and i had sirloin steak with baked potato!
we also got 1 latte (bitter!), 2 mochas (very sweet!) and cranberry juice(super nice).

THEIR STEAK WAS THE BEST.

it was so tender and had this aroma which just spreads in your mouth when you take a bite. you could just eat it on its own without dipping into the black pepper sauce.

IT WAS PLAIN HEAVEN.

(but it will be my one and only indulgence this month cos my diet is still on.)
hahaha! i bet you are drooling right now. (so am i.)

yesterday was one of the best days i've had.

we had cross country in the morning and i ran with caroline! everyone was practically chionging at the beginning! but we are the best running partners ever. LOVE US! :DDD
she got 15th while i got 16th!(*GRINS) haha so proud of us! and we were so bored while waiting for the prize presentation. then when we got our trophy and medal, we were checking if mr tan cheered for 3C cos we won 3rd overall, BUT HE DIDNT!
(3COOKIE MONSTERS, "ATTACK" HIM DURING MATH REMEDIAL!)
then we went over and asked him: "mr tan, why you never cheer? we cheered for you okay. so loudly somemore" and he said"i got clap! thank you girls, good job ah!"
then we just walked away.
hahahaha!

and bella was so high after that cos she got 44th placing and a badge. she was super funny being so crazy.

then after that bella,joanne,jane,caroline,florence,simin and me went to parkway.i sat with jane and we were so guai compared to the rest of them. THEY WERE SO NOISY ON THE BUS! caroline was asking florence and joanne the char siew bao joke and they laughed so much! everyone was looking at them i think. hahahaha!

caroline, bella, jane and me went to the food court to eat lunch(after discussing for SO LONG where to eat) while the rest went to look for florence's swimsuit. they bought ban mian while i bought red bean soup and we talked and talked and laughed and laughed. then simin came(with changed clothes) and she bought bar chor mee. after that joanne came and we started talking about our cameron highlands trip last year. AND WE LAUGHED AND LAUGHED AND LAUGHED.

i had to leave them to meet huanying for lunch. we wanted to go to PastaMania but it was quite crowded and abit no privacy, then we went to check out jack's place, but there was a long queue! then we went to see the swensens menu but it was so ex. SO WE DECIDED ON THE CAFFE BAR. i bought this tomato and basil sandwich while huanying bought spaghetti. but i only ate the tomato cos the bread was HARD. then huanying's set meal had free flow of bread so i asked her to take some for me. TEEHEE.

then we went to Venezia for waffle and ice cream! but i ate one quarter and huanying ate half. and the rest of them were there too!( i bet florence asked them to go there) then after that we said byebye and i went home.:DD

i think this week flew by so quickly.
it was quite a fun week; high-ing with angeline (my dearest table partner), taking the bus home with florence(SHE IS SO FUNNY), being bu yao lian with bella and etc.
except i kind of miss yu lao shi cos she's on course for the week.

I THINK BAKING WITH FLORENCE IS DAMN FUNNY.

went to florence's house yesterday to bake after guitar.
we met at Giant in Parkway.
AND OH MY TIAN, I TOTALLY MISSED A GOOD CHANCE TO SCARE THE WITS OUT OF THAT WOMAN.
i was heading for the toilet when i saw someone who looked like flo sitting outside giant reading something.
but i wasn't sure if it was her then i decided to change to my shorts first before calling and sneaking up behind her.

BUT, I FAILED.

i came out the toilet and she was GONE.
then i smsed her and she was already in giant.

that kennasai brownie.
i swear i will scare her someday.

i went to the library with florence today!
but before that something really stupid happened.
flo taught me how to take 966 back home which was supposedly faster than 31.
and we were like looking out for the bus when i asked her to look at a page from 8 days that i bought in school.
then some cedarian behind us shouted: EH MY BUS!
AND WE REALISED WE MISSED 966.
we totally just sat with our mouths open.

then when we got onto the next 966, there was this old woman who sat behind florence who kept burping.
and flo was trying super hard not to laugh.

when we got to parkway,we ate waffle with dark chocolate ice cream from VENEZIA!
its 95% FAT-FREE.

we kept saying we don't mind giving up our studies to try out all the recipes from that book.

HUANYING IS OFFICIALLY GUILTY OF MAKING ME FAT!!
hahahahaha jk! (this is for her to see)

yesterday was GOOD FRIDAY and i met huanying at parkway for lunch.
i was supposed to treat her cos her birthday is coming.
i gave her socks for her birthday (weird request) and she gave me a VERY VERY EARLY birthday present- 棒棒堂改版专辑!!!!
BBT ROCKS THE SOCKS I GAVE HUANYING!

anyway, we decided to go to the same cafe we ate at during chinese new year.
the set meal was 6 bucks which had: soup of the day, main course, coffee/tea and FREE FLOW OF BREAD. (i ate two pieces of bread. it was SUPER NICE.)
and we ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio.
it was nice. actually VERY NICE.
i loved the coffee they served too!
and we talked and talked while eating.
then the bill came and it mounted to 30BUCKS.
i only had 23bucks with me (mostly $2 & $5 notes) and when i took out the notes, the guy serving us was like a bit shocked to see how poor i was la.
so huanying paid the other $7. (which means i paid half her meal)

then i IMMEDIATELY went to the atm to withdraw money.
hahahaha!

after that we were still hungry (actually me) and we decided to go to Venezia which sold 95% fat-free ice cream.
and huanying ordered the waffle set which costed 6 bucks: waffle with one scoop of ice cream & a cup of tea/coffee.
the waffle was super nice!
and i ate like 1/3 of it i think.

GUILTY GUILTY!

we walked around in circles in parkway and we saw Teresa from Campus Superstar.
and we passed by jap and korean stores and we kept saying we should have eaten sushi for lunch instead of spaghetti!
when we took the escalator to go to BreadTalk, we saw these two guys in front like hugging.
so i was like"eh huanying, are they gay?
then she said"ya i think so"
but when we took a closer look, one was a girl. (she had short spiky hair)
and i was like "OOPS."
hahahahah!

then it was already 4 so we said byebye.
the next time we're meeting would be at the airport where im supposed to wave goodbye to huanying before she boards the plane to china.

and when i went home i did 200 sit-ups to make up for what i ate.

i think i irritated another person with my "health-obssession"-TANHUANYING.
hahahaah! she was so irritated cos i refused to eat food.
then i only ate a sandwich for lunch while huanying ate grilled dory fish. (i ate all her veggies. YUM.)
after that i kept saying i was still hungry and she kept telling me to eat.
then we walked around looking for food which i ALLOWED myself to eat. (i think we spent half an hour for that cos i kept saying i want to buy this but didn't in the end)
so eventually, i bought a small banana egg tart which was yummy but i regretted eating it cos it contanined BUTTER!
but oh wells its alr in my tummy.
then huanying bought Ben&Jerry's ice cream which i ate one spoonful of. (regretted again)

kbox was damn fun!
we both joined kbox membership!
damn cheap- only $5 bucks for lifetime membership!
we sang from 1.30-7pm which was uber uber tiring!
huanying started to saosiah(no voice) halfway and she was falling asleep.
HAHAHA!

i dont know if you guys will see this, but im sorry i kept leaving you guys cos of kitchen duties and that i was not a good instructor. but im still proud of you guys and especially the group i took for day 1! you proved that you could do things if you put your mind to it and you all actually climbed the wall in 1 MINUTE! (*gloats) for the pole and tyre, lets just say you guys did great in killing the poor lizard. (i dont really mean that) and during abseiling, you guys were very supportive of your friends who abseiled down. that was really something worth commending.

but, you guys tend to talk amongst yourselves or get distracted easily. please try not to because you may not listen to instructions and then do things wrongly. also, you guys dont really have much initiative cos when i asked for volunteers, i had to keep repeating and it took at least 5 mins for some one to volunteer. please try to inititate more.
but on the whole i'm really proud of you guys. JIAYOU! :D

to 3C, my class:
i was so touched when i saw you guys singing during campfire. we (3C instructors) could tell you guys bonded alot during this camp and i hope your bonds will stay strong no matter what. even though there were some comments about your attitude, i hope you all can learn from your mistakes and jiayou! love you guys! :D

TODAY'S THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!
but it was kind of sad towards the end of the day cos huanying and huimin were getting all emo about leaving cedar...
but im still quite surprised that time passed so quickly..
it's like just yesterday that i came into cedar and now im like becoming a sec three...
(which is a step closer to o levels)

during lit, mdm audra was still telling us about mrs ng...
about how mdm audra was still touching her tummy
and about how she was still deciding on whether her son should be named Ethan...

mr jon was saying that you cant promise if you can live the next minute and whether you will just suddenly leave this world..

it was the first time i saw the school sink into grief..
it was the first time i saw so many teachers crying...
it was the first time i heard mrs Ouyang speaking with her voice shaking...
and it was the first time 2A actually saw mrs tan teary-eyed...

HEYHEY!

its the september holidays!

but since the exams are coming, theres no way to enjoy this holiday...

and i was thinking too much.

i didnt flunk my literature after all...

i got 18/25 which is an A2 and the highest i ever scored since last year!

AND YAY!

i recovered from flu which i got last week!

i got super sore throat and fever on thurs and i still went for band practice.

(but i didnt play.)

i left early cos i needed to go home, shower and change.

i met huanying at parkway cos we needed to make jellies for our stall during 50 laps @ cedar.

we were supposed to meet rezvana and yuky too but they said they were "on their way"(at 6.30pm)...

so me and huanying ate dinner first.

and huanying asked liching to take over me for the run cos i had fever and couldnt run.

then we decided to go to my house where we started to make the jellies before rezvana and yuky came.

but my mum took over when she and my dad came home from dinner while me and huanying watched videos on youtube...

AND GUESS WHAT TIME DID THOSE TWO COME?

9PM!!!!

and rezvana still said she came from KL.

but they made the 3rd batch of jellies, brought all the materials we needed and helped bring some things to school so me and huanying werent so annoyed...

50 laps was super fun!

me and valerie had to sell the agar-agars that rez's mum made but no one wanted.

so last minute, we sold one at 10cents but we still had leftovers and we gave them out free!

the ice-cream and ice kachang were sold out though.

and the teachers day celebration in the hall was nice..

then on monday (3rd sept), me and my mum met Yvonne, Jacqueline Leow, Joyce and their mums at Swensens for a little gathering...

the mums sat at one table and we sat at another...

i couldnt decide what to eat cos i was still sick..

so i decided to have a scoop of orange sherbet with melted marshmallow. (which wasnt very nice)

AND I GREW TALLER THAN YVONNE & JAC!

WOOHOO!

it feels great to be taller cos i was always the shortie in primary school...

(considering i grew 14cm since last year)

BUT JOYCE IS STILL SO MUCH TALLER! (so tall for what?!)

and yvonne kept talking about a taiwan drama called: 黑色麻吉 or something like that...

i didnt know she watched so many taiwan drama serials too!

AND I FOUND THE SECRET OST!!!!!!!! (which i bought for 25bucks)

then i watched HAIRSPRAY with joyce at vivo while my parents and her mum watched 881..

we had to watch the 9.20pm show cos the 6.45 one was sold out.

the movie was quite nice...

except the ending where i kept hitting and nudging joyce's elbow cos i couldnt stand seeing zac efron kissing nikki blonsky....

then joyce keep asking me to calm down...

HAHA!

so yupp, thats about it...

i think ill most probably be blogging after the exams which is in october...

jiayee flunked her lit test yesterday.
she has been emo-ing the past few days/week because she was very disappointed with her assignment and certain test marks...
she is very sad that some of her grades are dopping...
she also wants to say thank you and sorry to those people who comforted her when she was down...
jiayee says she will be back after the exams...

jiayee is also pissed because she cant find secret's ost.
if you know which cd store has the soundtrack, please tell jiayee.
she will be utmost grateful.
