I’M BACK!!! ((:
It’s time for the full report on my TAIWAN TRIP!
It’s not as BORING as CELESTE said it would be..
Esp cos I went with bestie joycie!(((:
I shall post the whole tour first and the pictures later…

DAY 1:(18th nov)
We had to be at the airport by 10.30am…
(WE being me, my mum, my dad, my grandma, joyce and auntie Janice)
But the tour guide was late by 25 minutes!
Joycie wanted to slap him for being late…
TSK TSK! ((((X
Then we walked and talked…
trying to cut time…
and we saw this HUGE TOBLERONE!
It costed like 100 bucks!!
HAHA.
The flight was nice, esp sitting with joycie alone…
We watched the movies on KrisWorld..
I finally got to watch JOHN TUCKER MUST DIE and MY SUPER EX-GIRLFRIEND!!
And I managed to “force” joycie into eating the meal on the plane…
*cos her mum asked me to, since I was sitting next to joycie*

When we reached Taiwan, we headed straight for Shihlin Night Market where we had free and easy time…
I played basketball with joycie, but she kept winning…
The reason being she is plain TALL…
LOL.
We settled for the night at China Trust Hotel…
I dunno where it got it’s weird name tho…
And I played mahjong with joycie and her mum after we checked in and bathed(((:

DAY 2:(19th nov)
Morning call was at 6.30..
It was OKAY for me but irritating for joycie cos she wasn’t used to it…
HA.
Anyways, We visited Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall where we saw soldiers marching…
It was quite boring lar…
Then we headed for Chiufen where we tried certain local delights..
I loved the TAU HUAY with yam and ginger!!!
YUM! (((:
I also tried the BBQ-ed mushroom stalk…
It was a nice experience there at Chiufen =D
And we “embarked” on our journey to HUALIEN…


DAY 3:(20th nov)
In the morn, we visited Taroko Gorge…
A very scenic place!
But the water looked pretty much like wet cement))X
We then took a drive to Taitung for more scenery-viewing…
And we stayed at a hotel well-known for its hot springs..
Too bad I was too tired and lazy to go for it…
My parents were the only ones who did go though…
HAHA.

DAY 4:(21st nov)
We went to this place called Fokuangshan…
We walked for like an hour and we were all sweaty!
But the Buddha statues were so grand and so nice! ((:
We stopped at the Pearl Culture Centre where all the salesperson did was introducing their PEARL POWDER…
It was super damn lame…
And she talked like damn fast can?
My parents quietly dozed off…

In the evening, we visited the Liuho Night Market…
We tried the SMELLY BEANCURD okay!
IT SUCKED! )))x
And we rested for the night…

DAY 5:(22nd nov)
We headed for Alishan after lunch and started our “hike”...
It was very tiring and when we were abt to reach the end, it like started to rain..
So the guide called a bus and ended our “torture”!
Phew!
But we din get to see any ALISHAN GU NIANG…
My dad was pretty disappointed…
=D
we had dinner at thie posh restaurant called Five Cent Driftwood Restaurant…
the food there was very yummy!
And we took some photos there((:
After dinner we went to Feng Jia Night Market to shop…
And that’s all for the day…

DAY 6:(23rd nov)
IT WAS THE BSET DAY EVER!
We headed for Taisan Leisure Farm in the morning…
It’s a fruit farm la…
we plucked some baby tomatoes and they r so sweet!
We then went to Leo Foo Village Theme Park and Zoo…
I sat rides with joycie and I had a ball of a time!
But I hated the topsy turvy ride…
I felt like I was going to fall off cos we turned 360degrees, so I held on so tightly, I had marks on my arm!
And we took many photos!

we then went to Taipai 101 shopping mall…
the things were so ex!
So we walked to this building called New York New York…
Joyce managed to buy a new sports shoe but I din buy anything but a pen…
When we were halfway on our journey to Miramar, joyce realized she left her sole in one of the boxes of shoes she tried just now!
So they rushed back to the mall and got it back..
It costed like $350 la, of course she’ll go back and take rite?
Hahha!
It was funny(((:
At the Miramar Entertainment Park, I din dare take a ride in the Ferris wheel…
IT WAS SO DAMN HIGH!
And I was a little scared of heights..
So we din go eventually((((:

DAY 7:(24th nov)
We visited the National Palace Museum where we saw ancient Chinese treasures…
So historical…
We had a shabu shabu lunch..
(It was a buffet steamboat la….)
bcos we had six ppl, we had to split up..
I sat with joyce alone, while the adults sat together…
so nice lorr(((:
we then went to Fisherman’s Wharf where we strolled along the Lover’s Bridge…
it was so nice and cooling! ((:
after dinner we headed straight for Ximenting where we shopped till10+ before going back to Shihlin Night Market..
we shopped til like 1am in the morn and we went back to the hotel…

DAY 8:(25th nov)
THE LAST DAY!
We did some last minute shopping and headed back home safely!
